Foreman / starting at $24hr
Lead a team in installing projects for home owners, working directly with management to communicate the needs of the crew to efficiently install systems. Must have drivers license, and requires some crew lead experience. Works directly with home owner to achieve a successful install. Install bonuses available.
Customer Service / Appointment setter / starting at $16hr
Assist install teams in adjusting the schedule. Answer phone calls, schedule in home consultations or service calls.
Inside Sales / Part Time / base hourly pay plus commission. Experience based
Follow up with clients to get feedback on their consultation experience. Work together with home owner and Project Designer to earn the project and schedule work.
Remote availability. Great intro into becoming a Homeward Project Design Specialist.
